The General Terms and Conditions of 50Hertz Transmission GmbH "Erbringung von EEG-Reserve" (Supply of EEG Reserve) were amended as of 12 October 2009. This amendment results in a change of the tender forms. Please be sure to use only the new forms for future tenders concerning EEG compensation energy.
